Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Personalized or custom items are not eligible for returns unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or damaged.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will provide a replacement or refund.
