Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging all orders. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
