Customized Products
All personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for each customer.
Therefore, customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

- Personalized memorial keepsakes
- Custom preserved flower arrangements
- Any item created from customer photos or special requests
We encourage customers to carefully review all submitted information before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, materials and production planning may have already begun, and cancellation requests may not be accepted.
